Monday 19th to Thursday 22nd of September was 'Study Skills' week here in Colaiste na Riochta, highlighting the importance of study and educating students around the different types of study techniques that they can apply to their subjects.
The weeks activities included the following;
1st Years: SPHE: LearnSmart Study Skills Programme
2nd & 3rd years. SPHE: Study skills: AIB Future Sparks Study Skills
5th SPHE AIB Future Sparks Study Skills Programme
6th SPHE LearnSmart Study Skill Programme
All Teachers to demonstrate a favoured study skill and teach students study techniques relevant to their subject.
Parents study skills talk; This will be held online on the following week, Thursday September 29th at 7pm on account of it being Race week this week.
